I have to lose about 20 pounds fast and i need some tips. How do i stay away fro!

but a good way to stay away from junk food is to keep yourself busy. get a job, do homework, play a sport, go workout. get out of the house, away from the junk food!!
also, drink water. it's a natural way to fill you up without eating food so you'll feel full and not want food!!

simple, don't go to them...yea its hard but if you REALLY want to.. thikn about it.. if you REALLY want to lose weight you won't go to those fast food restaurants. But if you realy feel the urge to go, fill your self up with something healthy and you will have no choice =)

try and change some of your fast food favourites healthy
so if you like burgers you could grill a chicken breast and put it between wholemeal bread with letuce tomato carrot beetroot some mustard whatever you like, and its healthier than mcdonalds
when youre craving sugary treats have a fruit salad with some yoghurt or dried fruit
