How can i do intense abdominal workouts regularly?(every day)?!

Just don't do it so hard in the beginning. The only problem is you're working harder and faster than your muscles can grow.

Stretch more and as long as possible before and after each work out and gradually you'll be able to do more and more at a time without getting sore.

it is like that in the beginning of your training. That is why you need to move up slowly only doing small reputitions so you are in less pain each time around. I remember when I first started Martial Arts I could barely do 10 stomach crunches without dying the next day and after awhile I was able to do over 300 in one sitting. It is a matter of building your body up overtime. Don't be in a rush to get it all down in one workout. You will wind up injuring yourself or burning out to the point of not wanting to do anymore.
