I do not like my butt?!
Question: i feel embasassed asking this but my butt is bad (thats the only way i can really say it). not to brag but the rest of my body is ripped. 6pack and cut bceps but my butt is slacking behind. all i ask for is some workouts to help tone it

Ok remember Jane Fonda? It's a girly exercise, and I don't reccomend doing it at the gym if your a guy! But get on all fours, hand and knees and raise one leg up with a bent knee, Try to lift your knee to hip level and pulse 100X switch sides repeat. Do this a few times a week, and trust me good luck walking for a bit!
