***300 cals a day..pro-anas r welcome to join this diet.***?!


Question: I'ma eat 300 cals a day and no more than 6 grams of fat. I exercise at least 6 hours weekly. Don't say you "can't" lose weight from this cuz u can. (mah friend lost 15lbs in 6 days..mostly water weight.) I don't care if you say if you say "u lose only water cuz i don't care. If I do this for a month, how much weight do ya think I'll lose?

REPLY: don't your parents tell you to eat more food? mine do. i am worried our metabolism will slow down and we will gain weight? i will try to run a mile everyday.

you need help

Please don't do this to yourself! That is terribly, terrible unhealthy- especially if you are exercising that much, you need to eat 1200-1500 calories at least in order to have the fuel your body needs. If you do this your body is going to be forced to start burning up your muscle for fuel and that leads to major health problems!

This is a joke. You are going to regret this.

That diet is unhealhtly and I am not lecturing you are going to do this anyway why not be happy with who you are and do your parents know about this diet the excercise part is great but you still have to eat to have energy to excercise if most people would cut out the junk and the pop and excercise the weight will come off but gradual you are putting alot of shock on your system ok enough lectures I am playing mom again good luck

you wont get many real answers, but i suppose you could lose like 15-20 easy. my friend did it and lost a bunch of water weight, than didnt lose much more for like a month and then lost another 15 in a matter of a week

Okay first of all, you're an attention seeker for putting this on here for people to see.
Secondly, the most efficent way to lose weight is to eat 1500 calories a day, otherwise your body goes into starvation mode.
Thirdly you do this for a month you'll end up in hospital. 300 calories and 6 hours of exercise will literally destroy your body.
Lastly, who gives a damn what people think, if people think you should lose weight tell them to go f**k themselves.

Unless your a Dwarf dont go below 600-900 calories a day, unless ofcourse you Want to feel like hell, have your muscle destroyed by your starving body and put yourself in serious health risks....

Freaking dangerous crash diets....
