5.30pm Meal 5: Apple(72) - just afta gym workout

um can u guyz plz tell me if this is on the right track ... ive got all the exercise figured out (45minutes a day nd an hour and a hlaf on weekends) ... i cant change the times tho because of school

OK, this Chris person obviously has no idea what he/she is talking about. you can lose weight by a 1200 diet with exercise. i have lost 34 lbs on a very similar diet within the past 3 1/2 months. the only difference is that i eat meat. and you don't need meat to add protein. you can eat beans, nut butters, nuts, tofu, I'm sure you are aware of what is available for you to use. but yeah, protein will help burn fat and help build lean muscle. your on the right track. AVOID negative comments!!! every ones an expert, that's why i quit asking for dieting tips on here. too many people giving bad advice. your doing great!! keep it up!!

i can only offer that the body usually requires about 1600 calories a day to maintain the proper energy levels.

1 pound of body fat = about 3500 calories

you should really hit the 1600 calorie mark and use the exercise to drop the weight, it won't be as fast but it will be better,with the low calorie intake your body is most likely storing the food you eat do to the demands your putting on it so if you not losing weight i'd guess that would be the reason.

yes, it's a pretty good diet.

this is pretty good just make sure that you drink lots of water, and get 3 servings of low fat diary in. dont forget to eat your whole grains. As far as what you lose, nobody including you can know that. alot of things effect how much youlll lose you know, so when people ask this question there really is no answer. Wit hthat said dont even weigh yourself until after one month. for now just judge with your eyes and the fit of your clothes. Your on the right track, good luck!

no... you need more calories, probably about 1500-1600, otherwise your body is just going to go into starvation mode... and you need more protein.... no offense, but when was the last time you saw a healthy vegetarain? And by healthy I dont mean skinny, I mean in shape with muscles. You need fish, chicken, turkey stay away from beef though if you wanna lose weight.... No offense again, but vegans look like skinny fat people. skinny, but with loose flabby skin.

!! ohh wait ur missing something 1/2 pint of my semen ....u can come to my house to pik it up...
