Does having more stomachs make feeding more efficient?!
Question: Do you mean like cows? If so then really no it doesn't make feeding more efficient but makes the digestion and rumination process more efficient. Each of the cows four stomachs has a distinct purpose and develop for use in different phases of the animals life so a mature cow will utilise its many stomachs in a different way to a milk calf for example.
