Please help i need more muscle (Best answer gets 10 points?!


Question: my problem is that i'm an ectomorph which means i have a hard time getting muscle and that i'm skinny well all ectomorphs have that problem and im 15 years old and i've been working out for about 4 months 4 days a week but i workout 5 days a week now and know its bad if i don't get at least 2 resting days so don't complain about that part.

so what should i do like
1. how many meals a day should it be big or small?
2. what kind of exercises and how many reps and sets do i have to do?
3. what kind of food do i need to eat?
4. how much protein do i need
5. etc.

eat carbs lots of it

then go excersize LOADS>>. cardio vasucalr long distance running kinda stuff

and everytime you finish a work out, obtain lots of proteins

when you work out, lactic acid builds up causing pain, ripping ur muscles, so when you take a protein, the protein goes and fixed the acids damage

do lots of push ups/sit ups [ aka crunches], and pilates in general.

likewise to the cardio vascular excersises, lake protein, which builds up muscle
