Why do sometimes i feel like crap and not eating is there something wrong with m!

your blood sugar is low. it's possible that you're hypoglycemic, especially if it happens regularly without it having been like... you skipped lunch and it's 5:30 in the afternoon, so you've been without food all day. tell one of your parents and get them to take you to the doctor.
