Question: i already asked this, but i want more advice.

i have been eating very well, and have so far lost 8 pounds :) i had a HORRIBLE day today tho :( i had cookies, lots of m&m's and crackers. will this one bad day ruin my diet??? please help me

okay so today u had stuff that was unhealthy, get over it gurl , tomorrows is a new day , all long as u keep on ur diet in a few months u'll look good.
congrats on losing 8 lbs very good jobs.
usually my friends survive the first week but then quit.
so i give u ur porps. way 2 go and don't stop.

just continue ur diet tomorrow...dont stress over what has already happened.. make this day ur treat day, meaning u eat wateva u like one day of the week...dont stress about it...ive done it tons of times..

most likely not. Im on a diet too and I had a bad day yesterday, and ate a bag full of chocolate chip cookies. What i did was after realizing that I ate so much i hit the gym. I worked out for a half an hour, and i did cardio. I ended up burning all the calories from the food i ate.

You won't loose any weight today but you shouldn't gain any either. A once in awhile to get you threw won't hurt but don't make it a regular thing. Then you really will gain the weight back. No diet is ever ruined either you are dieting or your not. So i'd have to say your still dieting right? One more advice even on bad days or not, don't ignore your cravings. It's been prooven that if you crave something sweat and eat a cookie right away then you will be less likely to gorge on cookies later when the urge gets really strong cause you tried to ignore it. We all have bad days. Shop for some things to hide in your "secret stash" place that you may only touch if you have to, make these items sweets and goodies but health to, IE oreo snack packs, carmel covered rice cakes, herb flavored triscuts in individual baggies, what ever suits you. GL! and congradulations on the weight loss.
