Loose weight without too much exercise? (Asthma related).?!

Question: I'm usually active and play lots of sports, but at the moment my asthma has turned much worse and i can hardly run for one minute before having to use an inhaler, which i don't want to do. What things can i do or can i eat to still stay healthy and continue losing weight?.

Do not detox unless you are looking to loose weight temporarily. Exercise and eating eating healthy are the two factors in loosing weight; you can not do one without the other (if you are trying to stay at your healthiest weight). Since you need to focus more on your eating, I suggest doing a lot of research on healthy snack and foods you can eat, and over time you will start to learn whats good for you and whats not. Eating small meals throughout the day (4-6) and even walking a half an hour 4x a week will help you stay in shape. you can try classes like yoga or water aerobics.

here are some suggestions for healthy foods (big tip that helped me lose a lot of weight: making those small changes like not adding cheese to your burger, eating a sandwich with only one slice of bread, eating whole grains instead of white bread, etc.)

Peanut butter and banana sandwich, Grilled chicken, mixed nuts, snack bars, low fat cottage cheese with fruits, frozen grapes, tuna salad with crackers, yogurt, baked apples with cinnamon and sugar (sprinkled on).

hello,
if you want read something about LOOSE WEIGHT & DIET SLIMMER
i just come accross this blog which may help you :-

Try working out inside. thats what i do. i have allergy induced asthma and that is also a problem for me, the gym i go to isnt the best well kept building sometimes i have problems but it beats outside with all the pollen etc.
you could also go to your doctor they have inhalers that are the preventative types that you would take before exercising or just 1 time a day etc.

The person above keeps giving that to everyone..
lol, anyways. Maybe Elliptical Training, low resistance, doing it slow for 1hour per day could help. It's not running, but you're exercising. An avg person burns 200-350 calories in 30mins doing elliptical training fast. But, not doing it too fast for the double amount of time could help. Have your inhaler with you at all times on the elliptical machine, also drink water.

Your asthma is probably worsened by allergies, which will be getting worse with spring settling in & all the plants coming to bloom again. You could try running indoors, where the air is filtered & less pollenated than outside, on an indoor track, or on a treadmill. Or, there may be some other activities you could do indoors, like aerobics or dancing.

asthma thats sucks for you
