No, but I heard it does supress appetite.

if you take diet pills the weight might come off however it is not natural and you will gain it back and in some case may even become heavier.

Sorry, I haven't tried it. But I don't think ANY pill, advertised like that one is, or any diet pill for that matter, is the healthy way to go. You're not learning anying about eating healthy and maintaining any weight loss. Generally what happens with those and any other pills like them, is quick weight loss, and regaining the weight almost as quickly, only usually more weight than you lost.

I tried it about a year ago. I tried Hoodia for a month, followed by Green Tea Extract, followed by Caffeine Hydroxycut. I really didn't notice much except Hoodia and Hyrdoxycut did help me shed water weight. Unfortunately, these benefits are just like Atkin's, short-term and do not optimize your health.

These supplements only really work as motivation to workout. If it makes you work harder (even if psychologically) and it isn't harmful, then you are getting your money's worth. Otherwise, I recommend saving your money.
