First start slow then you can push ya self more.
depends on what you want to achieve. warm up 5-7 min. cool down 5-7 min. leaves about 30 min work out.

with that time span you need to work different body parts.
Try to work your way up to a 1hr wrk out. without warm up & cool down if you want to loose weight do cardio after your weight training 30min. but not on days you do legs
