What foods should i eat if i want to start eating healthier?!

Plenty of fresh (not frozen or out of a can), fresh veggies steamed, LEAN meats, vitiams, fiber supplements. 8 glasses of water a day, no soda's, (not even diet) Between meals you can snack one veggies (raw or steamed), fruits, or once in awhile (not often) a few soda crackers with peanut butter with a small glass of milk or ice water.

1. You can eat some cereal oat meal (your favourite flavor) for breakfast.

2. drink the following juice mixture: tomato, red apple, carrot (trust me the taste are so good) and very healthy. carrot is good since we're exposed to sunshine and carrot can help our skin improved after the exposure. and tomato is wellknown for its benefits as well as apple.

3. SOME SALAD. caesar salad or fattoush (lebanese salad). you can learn making it from youtube.com

4. if u cook any curry, always use some ginger and tumeric. cause they're good for your stomach and health.

5. drink warm water with some squeeze lime juice into it.

6. eat fresh fruits after meal, especially lunch.

7. tuna is also good. u can cook with some minced shallots, tomatos, green peppers, curry leaves, some curry powder and some salt and eat with capati.

8. another good and tasty recipe is also lebanese food called HUMMUS. Its combined with chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, etc (also find at youtube.com) You can eat it with some bread and some chicken kebab/beef kebab.

If u want more healthy recipe, u can learn from youtube and search on the 'healthy recipe'. even i saw some healthy recipe for chicken nuggets, especially for those who want to serve kids.

Healthy recipe should be the recipe that you also like and enjoy to eat. So that you can stick to the diet for long as to maintain healthy.
