did you say you are 13??You`re still a young girl!!You have better stuffs in life to worry about dear!! by the way if you feel your thighs are bulky, go for brisk walks, maybe 30-45 minutes daily..you cant get a simpler workout on the planet..and yes, eat healthy and smart too...do check the "Resolved Questions" section here on Yahoo!Answers to gain further tips...good luck and stay confident always ok??Email me if you need further ideas..

I don't really know about the whole leg thing because I have to say I'm 5"8 And I was blessed with long legs but the inner thigh you can...
Run, jumping jacks, jump rope, squats

I would go with the squats the taught me that in cheerleading and that has helped me a lot just squat with your toes pointing out and count to at least 20 (if not longer) then stand up then count to 50 and do it again

First of all, you are only 13 and still have plenty of time to grow... the average woman is growing until she is 19 years old. You will get taller. Just eat right and exersize... if you have stairs, run up and down them for about 10 minutes a day... it does wonders. As for worrying about being taller, guys love short girls. Unless you want to walk the catwalk you should be proud of your size. If it is that bad and you need to feel taller, wear shoes to make you taller... you are not going to be able to stretch yourself, you just have to strategize

make sure you take your calsium and vitamin D. right now you are stil growing so if you get enough of these two things and eat right, don't drink a lot of soda's, you should be ok.

Apart from taking human growth hormones (not a good idea), you'll be as tall as your genes mean you to be. Unless you're suffering from malnutrition now, changing your eating isn't going to help you grow.

Severe dieting could stop your growth, though!

Strength and aerobic activity will help tone you and make you healthy.

Beyond that, it may be hard to hear (don't roll your eyes), but you really need to love yourself for who you are and appreciate all your wonderful qualities, because I can not begin to tell you how much misery young (and not so young) people go through because they're not what they *think* they should be!

Be healthy and have a positive outlook, and everything else will take care of itself!

You're still growing until you're about 16.

There isn't really much you can do to stretch your legs without doing really absurd things that would include surgery witha specialist.

Eat healthy. Most every generation is taller than the last.

Be the best you can be. Many very popular and famous people are short. Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise and many female stars are considered short.

Spud Webb comes to mind. He was the first and best forward in PRO basketball who was only 5'6" tall. I named the runt of my litter of cats after him.

Good luck and be happy !

You will gain the length in you legs as you grow. At 13, you are not done growing. I would suggest that you have calcium, like milk and dairy. That will help strengthen your bones.

Eat well, follow the basic food pyramid. Make sure you get enough veggies and fruit. Lean meats or other protein. Leave the junk foods alone, as much as you can.

Walk or jog almost daily, & your thighs will be firmer. Sounds to me that you're doing fine.
