When u brushing ur teeath do some arm streachs with ur other arm and when u watching tv get 2 cans and and push ur arm up and down for 30min u really loose weight and for ur butt and thighs u do Squard u bent up and down for 30mins and u really loose weight i lost 7kilos from this exsizes in 1weeks yeh it work and eat healthy

sit ups are good for tummy toning -
going up and down on a stair is good for thighs and bum and easy to do at home, also lying on the floor and raising your legs - holding them while raised for a few seconds and gradually building up the time you hold them and the amount of repeats you can do will help - Good luck!!!

This is what i have found best, my partner is a Personal Trainer.

TUMMY- Ab Crunches & Cardio (to strip fat)
BUTT- squats, lunges (Try and hold weights to increase resistance, only 5kg or whatever is comfortable)
THIGHS- Squats, Lunges & Cardio

Cardio doesn't have to be hard, a quick pace will help to get your body used to working (20 min) Increase your pace and the length of time you walk for each week.

You will notice within 4 weeks a change in how easy things become, after this time increase the weights you use, the amount of rep's you are doing for each exercise etc etc....

To really burn fat and tone up increase the intensity of your workouts.
EG. Increase rep's, longer cardio - quick pace etc
