Your weight automatically fluctuates throughout the day. Did you eat any salty food in the past day or so? If you did then you are retaining the water you had prior to that. Also, did you drink a lot of water during your workout, and also, you do gfain the muscle rather quickly. Check again before your next workout an dit should be a bit lower. It happens to me all the time!

it maybe have to do with the kind of scale you were on

you probably gained a bit of muscle you gain muscle before you lose fat <3

If you gain weight its probably because you gain muscle or you were sweating a lot and your clothes got wet and added more weight.

Did you use the same scale?

muscle weight. also, bowel movements (poop) weighs a lot) if it is sitting in you, it will add poundage in wieght. also, muscle wieghs more than fat...

:]

It could be the water you drank during the workout. It could be your clothes or just something went wrong with the weight scale. You cant possibly gain 4 pounds in one day unless its water weight, food in your stomach, or constipation.

the ONLY time that is a good time for you to weigh is the fist thing in the morning. During the day you eat, drink, and your body retains fluid. also being a women you will hold more that a man + at different times of the month you will weigh more than others. so to stop all of the confusion get up in the morning pee and weigh and that's your accurate weight. one more thing pleas dont forget. ( WHEN YOU WORK OUT YOU WILL PROBABLY WEIGH MORE) what i mean is you can always go by the numbers you have to go by the mirror and i know being a women that's hard lol! but never forget musel weighs more that fat. and if you are working out and toning you weigh and look different than you might think.. good luck and keep it up.
