I tried this not long ago i kina failed... haa!
the first two days i only ate a small sandwich coz i felt too week but in three days i lost four pounds! but as soon as i stopped it all came back. But in two weeks Aparently you can loose upto a stone + a half!
But I'M dertermend to do it again =] anyways....
i re-searched it quite a bit online, and it says the healthy time length is 10 days and shouldn't be done for more than two weeks.
As for the excersize the first few days you feel kina week/fainty so i wouldn't push your self unless you have alot of energy, but if you feel fait /sick stop ASAP!
Good Luck!
And don't give into nasty foods like i did!
[a bloody tea cake broke my fast...]
=]

I'm speechless.

You can expect to lose anywhere from 5 to 15 lbs. keep in mind that the second you resume a normal eating pattern you'll gain it ALL back and then some.

DIETS do NOT work......especially one like that. You will get sick fast. There is NO quick fix for anything and be healthy at the same time. Talk to someone, or google for a special eating plan to make it work!

It's Not Healthy.
Grow Up, It Doesn't Work.

I agree With poison. =]

A person i kno took the lemonade diet she said within ten days she had losed around ten pounds without exerise or vitimans, i suppose u could eat vitamans if u wanted to. And she also said that she tried it for ten days at ten servings a day i would guess that ten servings is a glass....

what's the lemonade diet???

I tried that and I couldn't do it. It's easy when you think about it "All you have to do is drink this and do that and you'll loose weight" so in theory it's simple but in practice it's so difficult to do.
Good luck with actually staying on it and not cheating or binging from being hungry all the time. Trust me you're better off going on a healthy eating plan than a starvation diet like this one.
Not eating any solid foods is a major restriction and it's especially difficult to restrict yourself willingly when you have easy acess to it.
At least try a vegan diet if you must restrict yourself just to see how well you'll cope. But even that will be a challenge.

And yes you can exercise but you WILL NOT have the energy to do it. You'll probably pass out from being so hungry and weak.

If you do actually go through with it... I wish you luck. You'll need it.
