Why do I eat so much junk food and I feel terrible after I eat it?!


Question: I ate so much junk food today cake, cupcakes. I'm trying to lose weight and I have been doing good til my mom made these lamb cakes for Easter. I've gained 3lbs. back and I really wanted to lose this weight by the end of May. I feel terrible anytime I eat it not mentally like physically I feel like crap when I eat healthy I feel good. So why do I feel the need to eat junk food and how do I stop?

To answer your main question-
(I'm not criticizing, I'm just giving you some personal input.) because you have not
trained your brain to control
your physical actions.
If you let your 5 senses control your brain, these things will happen...and worse.
This is the basis for all
addictions...the body rules
the mind.
A good way to break this cycle is by joining a yoga class which teaches you CONTROL, and/or a
biofeedback class which trains your brain to STOP doing something when YOU TELL IT TO.
I don't know your age, but
if you overcome this when young, you will bypass a world of suffering.

i know how you feel.. i gained 7lbs. after my weight loss.. then i felt like crap, so i kept eating junk food!!..so i just gained more...
its so frustrating, cause like... when i start losing weight, im motivated to lose more and more! but when i gain.. i just.. give up?
so really, once you start eating proper and excersizing, your gonna feel much healthier, and it will be easier to say no! once you lose 1 or 2 pounds (in say week or two) you will be having it much easier.
until then? drink LOTS of water.. it helps. and crystal lite 5cal packs.. they taste SO good, and your too full to eat that peice of cake!
