Eat healthy! Go to the store and get healthy hamburger patties, buns, veggies, and some healthy (non fried fries. if they are fried fry them in something besides vegetable oil)! Then you can eat something good while eating healthy at the same time.

Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, baked fish, Pork roast, chicken breast grilled (skinless), Fresh fruit and veggies.

lentils, pita bread, mangoes, apples, oranges, burnt carrots, kidney beans, tofu, brown rice, cucumber, frozen blueberries, porridge, any 'clean-burning' carbohydrates (low in fats and sugars, like wholegrain breads and rice)
tahini (sesame seed paste) is also excellent but its moderately high in really healthy fats

to keep everything health: keep in balanced. have fruits and veggies at every meal. your meal should be size of you fist. have more than 3 meals a day. its 100% more healthier to have 5 small meals than 3 big ones.

drink lots of water. a glass after each meal.
drink green tea. speeds up your metabolism.
stay away from junk food.
keep everything balanced. even a little fats.

i do veggie stir fries and dont over cook my vegs..eat lots of salad..fruits..

I have my 6o'clock diet. I usually eat fruits and vegetables and water is very important. I also do walking since It's not good for my health to do heavy exercise.
