What's a good way to curb my appetite?!

Question: A couple of years ago, I lost about 80ish pounds and have done pretty well keeping it off, then worked out pretty regularly and built up a lot of muscle. Since school started back up some months ago, I have found my appetite to have increased (probably stress) and that running around campus, going to work, and, well, mentally exhausting myself over assignments leaves me unmotivated to do any sort of exercise...and when I try, I don't last long, to the point of just wanting to collapse after as short as about 10 minutes of lifting or running.
I do try to sleep enough when I can, 6 hours a night minimum but not always at the same times. I nap occasionally, but I don't really have much free time.
I still eat pretty healthily, but I have put on about 10 pounds since the end of last semester. Any recommendations on things to do to keep my energy up and maybe curb my seemingly unneccesary appetite?

Eat foods with a whole lot of fiber in them. They'll make you feel full, but they are very low in calories and most of the bulk of what you're eating won't be absorbed. Also, snack on stuff that is "calorie negative," such as celery, which takes more calories to digest than it has in it!

Try drinking green tea. It keeps you from being hungry so much and you lose weight in the process.

First thing you should be eating 5-6 times a day. Example, Breakfast at 8:00, snack at 10, Lunch as 12, snack at 2, dinner at 5:00, snack at 8, etc...

Should help keep the energy up. Also if you get hungry drink water. It's great at curbing the hunger pains.

The answer about eaing alot of fiber is correct, it will help you feel full. If you are intersted in a product that reduces appetite and keeps your energy levels up, check out the video here:

i know that Hoodia lollipops curb appetites, i think it has no known side-effects, and contains chemicals that fools your brain into believing you are full.

its like a cactus thing from africa. A tribe there had been eating it for years to stave off hunger during long hunting trips. then some scientists discovered it and made it int a lollipop.

britneys been seen with one i think;

When you are in a hurry, it is really easy to grab a quick meal, and scarf it down really fast. But, if you eat fast, then your stomach is to busy to tell your brain that you are full. So, you end up eating more that you want to. So when you eat slow, you will find that you get full faster, then you end up eating half as much as you would if yoy would have eaten quickly.
