No, but you'd have to have pretty low body fat.

you need to do cardio as well. Plus eat healthy.

do lower abdominals..like you know how u can do a sit up? well, instead of lifting your upper body and keeping your feet on the floor:: leave ur upper body on the floor and keeping your hips even on the floor, raise your legs, (you can do the six inches thing, but i hate that because its hard to keep my lower abs pressing down into my spine and my back tends to rise up) by pressing down your abs, lift your legs&hips straight up and down repetitively, so its like your doing abs, but your lower abs where we tend to get a little pouch. If you use your stomach right and don't just use ur feet to pull u straight up parallel to the ceiling when lying on your back(desired position) your tummy should immediately begin to show results..I would do some cardio, then upper abs alternating with lower abs. Another way is lying flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor, pinch and squeeze the buttocks and leave it like that while you do normal crunches, it works everything!! i hope this is clear!
