Why do you gain weight after you workout?!
Question: i always gain like a half a pound to a pound after i have a good workout. does anyone know why? and please answer if you actually know the answer don't say idk because then it's totally pointless!

what kind of workout do you do ?
because i know that if you do for example weigh lifting and that kind of resistance training then yes you do gain weight .
because muscle weighs almost twice as more as fat
but if its cardio workout then i think that you should lose weight ..?

the weight of muscles is more than the fat you lost ;-)
You don't gain fat. While you're working out, you get muscles, which weigh more than fat. Your fat turn into muscles when working out.
