Does it matter what time I exercise?!

Question: I am wondering because I was thinking about working out at 4:30 in the morning and then around like 6am I was going to go back to sleep after staying up all night until 4:30 to run, not eating anything until when I wake back up. Is this ok to do, I mean it is the first time and I just want to get it out of the way tomorrow.

Yes, it does matter what time you exercise. Exercise needs calories in your body and it also depends how many calories you burn during work out. 4:30 am is rather odd time for work out because it is the sleep time for the body. sleeping at 6 am is also odd time because it is the wake time for the body. I feel, best time for work out would be an hour before meals or after 3 hours. No exercise after dinner. Dinner should be light. You should not over strain your body at any time. These are only suggestions, not statements by an expert.

it is good to start werking out when u 1st wake upp bcus ur burning ur body fat not the fat from the food..soo wake up and exercise!

Best time to workout is in the morning. However they say that you should hydrate yourself and eat before you workout so that you have the energy that you need. Also, there is no point to workout if you are not getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep each night.
