I want to lose 30 pounds...??!


Question: At the moment I weigh 132 and I'm 5'4". I'd like to way 102 or 105. Something in that area.

you could do lots of cardio and eat approx. 1500 calories a day
it will take time to lose 30lbs. but it is not impossible!
just eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. limit the carbs
running/jogging will help the fat weight come off more
and stay strong!
don't give up

wt* u r alreafy almost underweight
u could lose only 10 pounds or else u will be underweight

Cardio cardio and more cardio... oh and make sure you are following a healthy diet!!!

eat healthy !!
drink water!!
Cardio!!
and you'll meet your goal !!

haha! your just described me. im 5'4 and i weigh about 135. my mom flipped when she heard i wanted to lose 30 pounds. lets change our goal to twenty!!!
uhmm ive been running and slowly but surely some weight has been shedding.
stay away from the sweets and fried foods!

Weight Watchers is really good for losing weight. If you dont want to try that, just eat less and more healthy, and move more!

First you should be more worried about inches and tone.
My friend and his wife went on the same program at the same time he was about 40 pounds overweight and she was about 15 pounds overweight. The program the are on is the same on I am on they stated that men lose more weight and women lose more inches. They were right my friend adn I in thirty days lost 17 pounds felt good he has been on the program for 45 days now and has lost 21 pounds I have been on it for 75 days and have lost almot 30 pounds and 6 inchs around my waist his wife has not lost any weight but has lost 10 dress sizes she has actually addesd 4 pounds but is as firm as ever she looks like she has take 20 years of her body.
My point is you should look at all the factors she is 5-4 weighs 140 and wears a size four dress she has gained muscle ton and looks really good. She weighed 135 had stick arms and looked like a pear to begin with now she is lean and perfectly chisled she is now on a maintance program and works out 5 days a week 30 minuts a day.
