My friends always ask me the same question when they have a bad cold this is what i always say to every single one of them:
1. Drink lots of fluids! Ex: water, juice lol the faster you get rid of those bad body wastes the better lol. ok that sounded kind of weird. lol
2. Soup! Warm soup something that makes the stuffy nose, unstuffy. ex: chicken noodle, chicken rice
3. Fruits! and Vegetables! apples, oranges, carrots, broccoli etc. they are all good for you because of vitamins and the such.
4. ! Make sure that you take some medicine just in case !
5. If things aren't getting better go see a doctor!
6. PLEASE! Get lots of sleep! It really helps but don't sleep too much that you feel all weird when you wake up.
7. And if you feel up to it a little bit of exercise would also work, just as long as you sweat a little. lol. sometimes sweating helps :D
8. Also one more thing ! NO JUNK FOOD ! These include chips, candy, sweet stuff, fried stuff etc.

Hopefully this helped! Hope you get better soon!

soup..
n soda.. believe it or not..
it helps me when i have a cold..
makes me feel energetic..

Eat chicken noodle soup and orange juice. Take a vitamin C pill if you got any.

and A whole bunch of bed rest

lemons
or lemenade with fresh lemons not the store type
and theraflu

Vitamin D, Vitamin C.

When I have a cold I usually just eat oranges, vitamin d supplements and lots of green tea just to keep me alert and feeling good. I also use hot sauce on my foods because if it pierces my nose, the snot and stuff will run.

Take lots of showers as well... The steam helps the breathing.

You know what they (the medical professionals) tell you...get plenty of rest, drink lots of fluids. I think soup and juice is the absolute best for colds. Avoid anything with milk and anything heavy like meat. Chicken soup is fine though.
