Please SOMEBODY ANSWER ME!!?!


Question: Why wont anyone give me good advice on losing 15 pounds!! I just have these last few pounds that are impossible to shed and no one is answering me!!! PLEEEAASSEEE HEEEEELP!!

If you get TLC, Watch "I Can Make You Thin" on Sundays at 9pm. Also drink green tea and get at least 30 mins of exercise ( I walk) I watched the first show last sunday and have done the other two things I have listed and I havbe lost 3 pounds in 5 days.

if you are trying out a crash diet.................... that's really really BAD.......BAD........BAD................ stop it immediately................................ Just take vegetables enough for a days calories and do abdomens to shed the extra fats.............. but it is a slow process....... so be patient......... it should take about a month or so!

i think that maybe you should eat more meals with less food included in it. that helped me lose a few pounds and go to the gym constantly to work out. keep your body toned by doing lots of exercise such as swimming and doing curl ups. you should exercise constantly so it keeps your body healty and toned. do not eat any junk food! that makes you fat THE most. after you finish exercising and if you are tired, then drink ONLY water and not anything else or it will make you gain weight.

Hey girl, dieting is strictly no FUN! But if you want to do it then you have have a plan. Watch the TV show "The Biggest Loser." Basically, cut out fats and sugars. Don't starve yourself. Don't eat huge portions. Bump up your exercise everyday, and increase your protein. You have to get in the zone! You have to have a mindset to lose the weight. It's just like making a decision to get an education, get married or have a baby. You have to take the steps necessary in the direction of weight loss. You join a gym if you can, you take time out of your schedule everyday to exercise, and you plan your meals ahead of time so you are not caught in a situation where you are hungry and you have no choices but bad food. If you are not likely to do these things on your own, get a buddy who can do them with you, or a trainer.
