Any fast slimming diets?!

First i will be blunt with you: losing 20lbs in two weeks is unhealthy and unrealistic.

However you asked a question so i will answer!

I used to model and had to lose half a stone in a week once. The only way i achieved this was through a really strict diet of bran flakes with water or skimmed milk, lettuce, a cap full of tomato puree for a snack (tiny amount but full of flavour) and a small amount of quorn every other day for protein. Drink PLENTY of water and nothing else if possible, unless you enjoy herbal teas (without sweetener). Combine this with plenty of concentrated exercise on 'problem' areas eg crunches or squats.

So if i lost 7lbs in a week with this method you should lose at least 14lbs.

HOWEVER i really dont recommend that you do this. On that diet i felt tired, frail and depressed - your body uses food as energy and without food you are left ill and deflated.

I eventually quit modelling due to the pressure to eat next to nothing, can i ask what event it is that requires you to lose so much weight so quickly??? Please be careful.

If the diet is to fit into a dress there are other more effective ways to do this in two weeks.

Cut caffeine out of your diet, replace sugary/carb snacks with carrot sticks or cucumber, replace fizzy drinks with water, AVOID SALT and eat plenty of bran etc to reduce bloating. Its amazing how much anti bloating diets can help you look like you have lost stones of weight quickly whilst still eating plenty to keep you healthy and full of energy.

Also try and tone up problems areas as i said before with concentrated exercises such as crunches and squats.

You cant lose them much weight in 2 weeks, well not safely anyway. All you can do is try and do substantial exercise every day and eat lots of fruit and veg, no high fat or sugar foods and drink loads of water. Even then you wont lose 20lbs im afraid.

eat the rigth things at the rigth time i mean dont strave your self. if you use to eat 50gramms of rice in one go half it then eat half for ur dinner then the othe half for ur tea it worked for me gd luck anyway

dont go to the event. is easyer.you should think about that beffor .keep your figure nice all the time.

ok well when my mom and i want to loose weight we go on this soup diet u loose 10lbs at least every week, no lie. the first week i lost 17lbs

Fasting is a quick and effective way to loose weight. All you have to do is wean yourself off processed foods, whilst introducing fruit and veggies, and eventually only eat fruits and veggies, and then wean yourself of them whilst introducing juices such as cranberry and tomato, and eventually just drink juice. If you're more experienced, you can go onto just drinking water. It also cleanses out your system and after the first 3 days you feel great. If you don't want to do anything that extreme, the other option is to eat grapefruit for breakfast, which will fill you up and speed up your metabolism, salad for lunch and whatever for tea, but no snacking. Both of these have worked for me. Good luck.

Oh, yeah -- btw... weight management isn't an PLACE. It's part of a lifestyle.

weight loss is all about self discipline, you have to decide not to eat crap or large meals and stick to it!! no sneaky snacks and all ways leave the table feeling you could eat more. secondly you need to exercise, loads. this is harder, any activity that gets your heart pumping faster will help. try dancing or running about when tidying or just speed up normal activities, run up stairs etc 2 wks is a pretty close target date. diet alone wont do it, need to exercise. good luck. if you get tired remember your target, motivate yourself! x

No pop or alcohol. Stop eating fast food, or fried foods. (McDonald's, Burger King etc.) And lots of water. 4-5 large glasses a day.
At least 1 hour of exercise a day.

Like the others have said, there is no healthy way to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks. But this will help guaranteed.

Laxatives - lts of them.

Add 3 teaspoon lemon juice with 1 teaspoon of honey in a cup of warm water & take it everyday ......... early morning empty stomach.

Do not eat anything till half an hour passes by .
this works wonders !!!

stop having fried food , those extra cheese on bread and pizza & say no to sweets

last but not least continue excersises for additional benifits.

its is difficult to loose 20 kgs in 2 weeks but even if you achieve 4-5 kgs you will feel wonderful !!!
