Why is it everytime I do a workout I wanna throw up?!


Question: towards the end of my workout I usually get nauseas and feel like I wanna vomit, sometimes I don't, but mostly everytime I feel sick

I went to a military high school and at first i was vomiting but after a while I was able to go through the whole exercise without feeling sick

what makes this difference? is it something in your stomach, when you're more fit whats changes to make you withstand intense workouts without throwing up?

Vomiting from working out is usually caused by strained exertion or drinking too much water. Either tone things down a tad, or stop drinking while working out. (Sips of water are OK to wet your mouth, but do not gulp until after.)

Maybe b/c you are over doing it and your body is trying to tell you. You should start light until your body can handle intense workouts.

Hmm... do you eat right before working out? Sometimes chugging a lot of water right before I work out, I get sick but you say you get sick towards the end of your workout.... You must be overdoing it.. Try changing up a few things and if it continues, see a doctor.
