Is it possible to live off of a meal replacement powder like Myoplex?!

Question: For reasons I'd rather not state, I'd like not to "eat" food for about 3 and a half years. No, this isn't some weight loss nonsense. But anyway, I'm just wondering if it's okay to sustain oneself on a meal replacement powder like Myoplex and also drinking V8 every day and blending a smoothie of assorted fresh fruits. And drinking water, of course.

Can I do this for a few years or will it be harmful to my health?

A liquid diet isn't impossible by all means, but if you're considering doing what "The Rock" did in his new movie where he is a dad, by blending fish and other stuff together, I'd say go for it. Our body doesn't need to actually CHEW something, per say, but it does need all the nutrition that we get from eating the things we usually do. Just make sure you are DRINKING a balanced diet of nutrition, protein, vitamins, fiber, etc. Just because V8 says it "has everything you need" doesn't necessarily mean it's going to sustain your body. good luck.

i think you can do it, but your not going to have much energy, or be able to have nice muscles or anything, i'll probably just be enough to keep you alive, and your stomach won't be working, so make sure you do abdominals cuz you might develop a gut

I don't see a problem with it. Myoplex is basically powdered food. But living off Myoplex might give you too much protein unless you work out hard all the time. Make sure you keep drinking stuff like V8 though...you'll need the vitamins.

Taking a crap might be a little weird too. I can't imagine your poop would resemble anything solid.
