Would this make me gain weight or lose weight? too much or not enough?!


Question: ok i was kinda unwell today so i ate wierdly

b: dry cereal and a handful of yoghurt fruit balls
NO LUNCH
SNACKS: fruit smoothie (fruit juice and ice)
apple and ovaltine chew things
DINNER: wholegrain pasta with tomato based sauce, low fat cheese and salad

I would be starving if I were you! and what is a fruit ball?

that won't make you gain weight, So calm down, You can't gain weight that easily.

APPLY YOURSELF TO YOUR DAILY GRIND TODAY RIGOROUSLYtHIS WILL ALLO EVERYTHING YOU ATE, WILL EAT, AND DID NOT EAT, TO PROCESS NORMALLY. yOU NEED EXERCISE BADLY. EVERY OTHER DAY RELIGIOUSLY APPLIED TO YOUR DAILY GRIND WILL DO IT, AND SIMPLY TRY TO GET THROUGH THE SLOW DAY BETWEEN , THE BEST YOU CAN, FOR YOU CANNOT DO RIGOR EVERYDAY, BUT YOU NEED TIMED STABILITY. THIS IS EVERY OTHER DAY.

yOUR DIER, WAS NOT TIMED HEALTHILY, YOUR SELECTION WAS GOOD, AND YOUR SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY EXCESS WEIGHT GAIN. yOUR PROCESS SHOULD BE NORMAL, AND YOUR SCALES SHOULD REFLECT NO OVERALL WEIGHT CHANGE. WEIGH AGAIN TOMMORROW MORNING, AN YOU SHOULD STILL HAVE NO WEIGHT CHANGE, BUT YOU SHOULD FEEL STRONGER, AND SIMPLY GET THROUGH THE DAY AS WELL AS POSSIBLE, IN ANY WAY YOU CAN, FOR YOU NEED A BREAK FROM TODAYS RIGOR. EVERY OTHER DAY RELIGIOUSLY, WILL WORK.

EAT FOUR MEALS DAILY (500 calories of anything which will not kill you). (do one thing at a time) exercise every other day religiously! This system is called ("4-2-1")!

Not too bad, but put low fat milk on the cereal, eat something healthy for lunch, replace the fruit smoothie with actual fruit for fibre and eat more veggies. Also, make sure theres lots of water in there too.

if your feeling unwell then i think you should eat what you fancy.at least you have eaten healthily still.my little girl is sick at the moment and is just eating noodles.get well
