Best Way's For Me To Work Out?!


Question: Hey i am 305 pounds and i am 15 =D but with me i can carry it very well, so well in fact i can run pritty fast beating most kids in my grade at races...i know it sounds far fetched but its true. i was just wondering what you guys think might be a great way for me to loose wait? i can do a lot of things... Thanks ^-^

Okay, diet is the most important. See if you can practice regulating your diet (Of course eating healthy foods 1st), and then regulate the amount you eat.

Once you can notice yourself eating more small meals, (with your stomach growling sometimes), then get into working out or cardio. Start with walking, then biking and running if you can do so. But always keep track of your diet - that is the single most important factor in your weight and health.

Try taking a 1 hour walk every day then like a 30 minute run after about 2 weeks... then try some lifting for 15 mintues a day and either walk or run for 1 hour... just a thought i'm not a coach but just take it easy...
