Ok the best diet isn't actually a diet, it's an eating plan. Diets don't last. Here's a good eating plan: whole grains, complex carbs, fruits, veggies, cottage cheese, natural peanut, whole grain oatmeal, lean meats like chicken and tuna.

I recommend you take a good supplement like cod liver oil or flaxseed oil, they help with heart health and overall figure and fat loss.

Eat every 2.5 hours and about 5 meals daily to boost your metabolism; your natural fat burner. Boosting your metabolism also improves your immune system. Refer to the blog below for a more precise eating plan. I hope this helps.

Weightwatchers is AWESOME...I have had great success with it and so have many of my friends. You dont have to sign up and pay, unless you need the support of a structured weekly meeting and weigh-in....I've done it successfully on my own. It is not a diet, it is a healthy eating paln, a lifestyle change. I hope you try it, you'll love it!

Go to a dietician. I also agree with weightwatchers BUT once youve lost the weight, how will you eat and will you not pick the weight up again.

So the dietician will tell you what is best to eat while you diet and thereafter.
