Would this help me to loose 5 - 10 lbs per month...?!
Question: I go for a 1 or 2 mile run each night after work (every other week), I do either weights or push-ups/sit-ups every other night, I am eating more fruits and veggies and drinking at least a litier of water a day, and once warmer weather comes around I will start playing tennis and riding my bike again weekly.
Will this help me to loose 5 - 10 lbs per month?
I am a pretty big guy, 6'4" 245 lbs. My family is all pretty big too, but I want to get into better shape.
Any sugestions are welcome.

sounds like it would yes - but be careful.. the downfall of a life change is that people try to do too much too fast and end up getting discouraged, quitting and going back to old habits. start small.. good luck!

Watch preservatives and artificial sweetners as well as any refined substance. White flour white sugar etc.
i would suggest not running every other week but every other day taking a whole week off is not a good idea was far as weight loos i dont know
YOU DONT NECESSARILY NEED TO LOOSE THAT MUCH WEIGHT JUST TONE UP AND GET HEALTHY SO YOU CAN FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOUR HEALTH (AND SIZE)BUT IT DEFFINATLY SOUNDS LIKE YOUR ON THE RIGHT TRACK!
