Is it true that you can increase your bench press by strengthening your rotator !

Answers: If so, what are some good ways to strengthen them?

The bench press is a good overall upper body exercise. It focuses on your chest and triceps, but it also incorporates a lot of your shoulder muscles as well. When going heavy, it will also incorporate your back and abdominal muscles for stability.

Working out your shoulders, back, core will all help increase your bench press. The more stable you can keep your body and the weights while going through the motion, the less effort it takes. If you are constantly squirming and moving the weight as it goes up...it probably means your chest is stong enough, but your secondary muscles are too weak to keep the weight stable...thus, your chest is having to work harder to do the rep.
