Can i lose weight by...?!
Question: doing 700 jumps aday with a jump rope and eating salad all day.
can i lose like 5 lbs aday or something?
morning diet-
fruit salad
water
do 250 jumps w/ jump rope
afternoon-
salad
water
do 250 jumps w/ jump rope
snack-
apple or orange or banana
dinner-
salad
water
do 200-250 jumps w/ jump rope
do this for like 3 months straight.
will i lose about 5 lbs aday?
i might change it to 300 jumps aday
so will it be a good diet or do u have a better way?

You most likely would lose weight how much is going to depend on your current weight and fitness levels

you may want to eat something more than just salad as its not very varied and you still want to keep your vitamin and nutrient levels up
Nope. You do that for 3 months your going to get bored of your routine and quit it. Try running and biking instead of jumping.
Um, 5 lbs a day sounds a little steep.
Maybe like 5 lbs in a month, you should do more cardio like running.
chances are you'll lose weight, don't know if 5 lbs a day is the correct estimate but you definitely will. i would, however, suggest incorporating more protein into the routine. it's healthier and good for you too.
