Can anyone suggest a good workout?!

You could try running for like 30min a day or sprinting 100 meters 10 to 20 times with a minute rest in between and as you get better take shorter and shorter rests.Or my personal favorite plyometrics (jump training)try downloading p90x plyometric training its pretty good.

Hello. Why are you wanting to focus on vascular health? That has to do with your blood flow, arteries, heart etc. Do you mean you're looking to gain muscle mass?
If you are, the best thing I can suggest is: find a sport you'd love to do and stick with and do it every week. Kick boxing for instance. In addition, do weight training at home. I just got a Bowflex and I love it. So does my dad and my boyfriend. Try at least 3 days a week of weight training, targeting specific groups of muscles each week, or daily. Depending on what you want to do. And make sure you get allll your muscles. Not just those biceps. =) Make sure you work out your deltoids, your triceps, your back, your lower back-everything. Learn everything you can about your muscles and every muscle in your body and it'll help you in the long run besides building up your bulk. Sorry if this didn't apply to your question.
