Question: i often get stuck on what to eat each day, because i do eat healthy but i want a varitey of all of the healthy foods.
can you help me with suggestions of breakfast lunch dinner snack?

Breakfast:
Eggs- Very healthy and have omega-3
Fruit- Boost your energy
Whoel wheat bread- Makes you feel energized for a long time
Lunch- Sandwhich like a ham and cheese sandwhich with lettuce on whole wheat bread and fruit
Dinner- Noodles, veggies, meat.
Snack: 100 percent real fruit bars are good and have fruit for a snack
