My stomach is still hurting from crunches?!
Question: Yesterday I did 150 crunches and I really did feel the burn. I took 10 second breaks every 50. Am I pushing myself too hard or am I doing the workout perfectly? Im aiming for a six pack. Answer me thank you.

Sometimes when I do a lot of crunches, my diaphragm becomes irritated and will spasm. Make sure, whenever you do so much exercise that your muscles burn later from lactic-acid buildup, that you give your muscles a rest for awhile.
Keep in mind, too, that if there is ANY fat on top of your abdominal muscles, you may already have a terrific sixpack, but can't see it. And that exercise does not spot-reduce.
