But really, instead of looking at the number on the scale, you should just judge how much you want to weight by the way you feel and how you fit into your clothes.

There is no figure that states what you "should" weigh. It is differnt based on your race, bone structure, and lifestyle. An athletic girl should weigh more due to muscle mass, but she will appear leaner...
so, im saying there are alot of variables.
