You are burning 600 more calories than what your body is used to, so of course it will be demanding more calories. The trick is, you have to know what to eat and how to make your calories count. I eat every 3 hours so I don't get deprived. Get more protein into your diet after your workouts and eat carbs an hour or so before your workouts.

Make sure you are getting extra fiber into your diet and also enough protein because it repairs muscles and makes you feel full longer than any other food group.

When you get home from working out, put on chicken breast (or turkey or some other form of lean protein) and drink a large glass of water. This always prevents me from over eating.
