Answers: Is it better to do a lot of exercise in a short period of time or spread it out through the day?

It depends on your preference. For most people who are on a regular office hour job, it is difficult to be active throughout the day.

If you are looking to lose weight or maintain your lean muscles, then it would be better to spread out my exercises through the day so that my body will be constantly active and burning fat throughout the day as well. The momentum will also not let you be lazy.

If you are looking to build muscles, maybe it is better to "punish" your muscles with just a few exercise within a short period of time.

Its better to do exercise 20 minutes/day 3 times a week than to do lots of exercise in just a short period of time..
