How to get beefier arms without working out constantly?!


Question: my arms are very lanky, and i'd like to buff them up a little bit.
i'd work out every once in a while, but i'm usually very busy.

You don't need to work them out 'constantly', but you do need to work them out say twice a week.

The key is not to do millions of reps, its to lift _heavy_. If you can do 12 reps, the weight is too light for optimal muscle growth.

10 minutes twice a week would be enough. THough you'll look a little dumb with big arms and nothing else ;)
