Thinner thighs..?!


Question: hi.. so im a 15 year old girl. im 5'7 and i weigh 135lbs. i know im not super fat or anything, that's not what im getting at.. i just have some really big thighs... and i have some fat on my stomach, but that's another question :P anyways, i was wondering if anyone knew some excersises i could do to tone up my thighs, and if possible, make them thinner? i really appreciate it!! thanks.. and if it's not too much trouble, could you be very specific in your answers.. i'll read all of them for sure, and i'd rather a few great answers than a ton of one sentence answers! thanks.. and please don't make fun of me : )

do as much cardio as you can. the best way to lose weight on any part of your body is to get that heart rate up! try running or even walking as fast as you can on the treadmill or a bike or a stepper -something that focuses on your legs and go as hard as you can - until you aer sweating disgustinglyy :| and then do some lunges - try 20 on each leg and do pulses as well (when you do a lunge and go down, dont come back all the way and do really small lunges - not bounces tho) and squats.

depends on if your good looking or not and if u are good looking dont worry about it

do a lot of leg lifts. like if you are sitting down,
lift your legs up. Like if your laying down you can
do it too. You will feel the burn sooner or later,
than you know its working.
