The kidneys regulate acid/base balances along with fluid and electrolyte balanaces. Both go haywire during starvation. The kidneys are on overload and without proper nutrition (including the right balance of fluid and mineral intake) the kidneys will be damaged.

Anorexia causes damage to all systems

maybe cos the kidneys arnt getting the nutrients they need?

or you could just have a kidney problem...

Your whole body is missing out on nutrition! so, all of your body is at risk for not working properly!

it just does
anorexia damages all kindneys but not having any nutrients and it shuts down then your dead unfortunately
google it if you need more detailed info .....

- don't be anorexic its very very ............very bad...for your body and mind(brain)!

"Kidney Infection and Failure - kidneys cleanse the poisons from your body, regulate acid concentration and maintain water balance. Vitamin Deficiencies, dehydration, infection and low blood pressure increase the risks of and associated with kidney infection thus making permanent kidney damage and kidney failure more likely"

all organs are related to eating, in some way or another.
food is like gas for your body; like a car needs gas, your body needs food.

I have never been to medical school, but you kidneys are a very critical organ and need moisture. Either through food or water. Anorexia is no laughing matter. People die every day from this disorder.
