When you start going on a diet and excercising, you might gain a little weight at first and then after that, you will lose weight! So no matter what, keep up the healthy diet and you will see results soon!

you probably are gaining muscles! not fat!

muscle is heavier than fat.

your fat is being converted to muscles.

You could be eating wrong, or just not pushing yourself hard enough. If it isn't either of those, it might be MUSCLE.

youre probanbly gaining muscle from exercising.. muscle weighs more than fat

b ut dont worry because muscles burn fat.. so then more exercise you do, the more weight youll lose because your muscles are burning it too

there a variety of reasons:
could have had wrong reading or weighed yourself at the wrong time
could be that your body is still growing (taller)
you might be growing muscle

however, i dont think 3 pounds is that much, but if it keeps continuing, and dont know why, check with your physician just be make sure good luck : ]

relax its just muscle conversion going on in your body

How "small " is this small snack and what does it consist of?

If it's ice-cream topped with chocolate and whipped cream, you could have a problem!

Just because your clothes aren't looser doesn't mean that you haven't been gaining muscle. Also, it depends on your eating habits before. Even though you have broken your meals up, are you eating less calories overall than you were before?

You should eat more times a day, but smaller meals. I heard that when you eat less your body need energy to replace all the lost one, so your body is taking in more food when you eat less.

Well, naturally, girls gain weight way faster than boys do. You just need exercise after every meal for 10-15 minutes to burn off what you ate. Besides, you should be happy for who you are. All that counts is your personality!!!

Tis a good thing don't worry :)
You will gain weight as you're gaining muscle through your exercising, then eventually you will probably lose weight as more muscle burns more calories! :)
My advice would be not to go by weight loss, but to keep track of how many inches you've lost because this is what's making a change to your appearance.
Hope I helped :)

Its normal, stick with it and you will start to see results.
