What are you doing to get in shape?!
Question: Water fitness, elliptical, treadmill and various exercises on the floor. Results are slow due to poor eating habits but my legs defiantly look better so I'm happy about that!!!! I need to work harder to get my butt slimmer and my belly pooch off!!! I've also been scanning you tube exercises.. it seems to modivate me a little more. Summer is coming!!!!

Sit ups.
right now I am in week 4 of a 5 week lifting/eating program.
Also I am doing cardio about 1/3 of days due to my schedule.
I do hundreds of squats, building flexibility and strength all the time. Do various push-ups/Pull-ups, Isometrics, Self Resistance plus Hanging on a bar, Swim, gymnastics. I do all these almost daily and I always do self massages and various stretches to keep from being sore or injured. My diet isn't the best but yet i'm not obese, i'm a thick, muscular 210+ pound guy who can hang with some pretty darn good athletes. I love it and I never take a day off of training.
