Which is a better program, weight watchers or Jenny Craig?!

Question: niether. diets do not work. eating when you're hungry, stopping when you're satisfied and making wiser food choices is what works. Stick to something that you can make a lifestyle out of. By eating when you're hungry you'll be eating smaller portions and probably will get hungry more often. It's all about listening to your body. But the dieting industry has done a great job at stealing our money by getting us to go on fad diets rather than actually listen to our bodies and use portion control.

I dont know about you but I dont want to count calories and eat from a microwave meal for the rest of my life to look good.

I trust weight watchers more. I know a lot of people who have had great success with that plan.

weight watcher..cheaper and dont gotta order extra premade food...

Weight Watchers is better. Love how I can eat anything I want to & not feel guilty about it!

Weight Watchers, hands down. You're not restricted as to what you can eat, and it teaches you portion-control (something that everyone should learn, thin or heavy). I'm not a fan of Jenny Craig for two reasons: 1.) incredibly expensive in the long run 2.) you'll never learn how to eat "real" food if all you're eating is pre-packaged crap. Once you stop the program, you'll have no clue what to eat and NOT gain the weight back.

i'm not sure cuz i haven't tried either of them, but my grandmother and aunt have been on weight watchers for years and they are doing good; now i've joined curves with my mother and she's losing weight and i'm gaining muscle. check out the two websites below......and compare them

definitely weight watchers.
jenny craig is not nutritious at all.

Weight watchers isnt a diet its a way of life, its a great program for those people who have the time to really analyze what they eat and make changes in your everyday life to benifit your future, its a great program but takes a lot of time and dedication. Jenny Craig is a great plan for people who dont have the time to sit and plan meals or worry about what they put in the mouth, its great for speedy life, but beware when your done eating there food its harder to keep the wieght off that you lost. Each has there benifits, and disadvantages, you should research each of them and pick which one suits your life style.
