I'm on Weight Watchers to lose about 15 lbs. Can anyone help regarding the p!


Question: I just started the program today..I'm a bit confused with the servings. Some of the foods don't indicate servings - how can I calculate it? Especially fast food. Also does anyone have any good foods with points? Thanks so much.

There's a great website - www.dwlz.com - that lists fast food and other restaurant points.

If you read the book they gave you, it talks about serving sizes, as well, particularly in the back of the book where the points listing is. For example, a serving of meat/fish is 4 oz.

If you didn't actually get the book, and are doing the program online, they have a complete listing of serving sizes and points.

Don't they have a hot line or did you not pay attention when you joined????

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
