Which is better to lose weight?!
Question: Walking(fast) for about two hours and burning 1000 calories
or running for 1 hour and burning 600
I know cardio is supposably best for losing fat, but you burn more calories walking for 2 hours so which should I do for best results?

Ps, I do not want to run 2 hours just because I have the time because it would be awful!!!

I don't know your heart rates during exercise, but I would guess for you it would be walking fast for the two hours. It's not necessarily the caloric content, but the intensity. Your body uses a greater percentage of fats for energy at lower intensities, and I suspect walking fast for you is easier than running.
well if your hoping to just lose weight, then walk.
but running will get you conditioned and a more toned body
I would go with the running. It is faster (only 1 hour), plus, those scales do not take into account that your metabolic rate has shot up and will remain that way for a few hours.
It think I'd go for the run. If you are eating healthy then why waste the time. You should lose weight doing that.
