I started feeling this way after working a normal 8-hour workday starting at 7 am.. Then I started taking a vitamin supplement (Emergen-C) that provided tons of vitamin b12 at around midday, and noticed a VAST improvement.

Maybe try that?

Also, try to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day... it really helps the body regulate its sleep cycle

Good luck.. sucks to be tired so much!

take a one a day
maybe some supplements too

try going to be at around 9:30 and taking some melatonin, a natural sleep supplement before bed. it puts me right out

it is probably because you go to bed at 12. Try going to bed around 10 or 11. Your body needs sleep to function. REM sleep keeps your mind and baody on track. just try getting more sleep as a whole.

Also if you have nothing to do for a few days try waking up naturaly (meaning not with an alarm) your body gets all the rest it needs then.

You are growing and that requires rest. Using your brain is hard work, seriously. You are fine, when you are done with your growing spurt you will level out.

i was like that as a teen, and both my sisters are too. i have a hereditary anemia that i didnt know about until i was pregnant. its called beta-thalasemia (not sure on spelling). but any type of anemia can cause drowsiness. could also be hormones though i suppose.

This is something that happenes with most young people, not only are we still growing but were excersising our brains.
